Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE HEALTH SCIENCES FIELD AT COLLEGE LEVEL, COMPRISING THREE FRAMEWORKS FOR THE FOLLOWING THREE MAJORS:
1. NURSING;
2. PHARMACY;
3. MIDWIFERY.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 7, 2010. THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE APPLIED IN UNIVERSITIES, ACADEMIES, UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES ASSIGNED THE TASK OF TRAINING THESE MAJORS AT COLLEGE LEVEL.
Article 3. BASED ON THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM AS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS CIRCULAR, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND THE PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES SHALL ORGANIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC CURRICULUM PROGRAMS FOR THEIR INSTITUTIONS; ORGANIZE THE COMPOSITION AND APPROVAL OF TEXTBOOKS FOR COURSES TO BE USED IN THEIR INSTITUTIONS ON THE BASIS OF THE REVIEW BY THE TEXTBOOK REVIEW COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED BY THE DIRECTOR OR THE PRINCIPAL.
Article 4. MR./MS. CHIEF OF OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
