CIRCULAR
Regulations on Economic and Technical Norms for Geological Works

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Minerals Law dated March 20, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Minerals Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Minerals Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Minerals Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2009/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2009 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 160/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Minerals Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Minerals Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Department, the Heads of the Planning Department and the Legal Department,
REGULATIONS
Article 1. The economic and technical norms for geological works are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from August 20, 2010.
This Circular replaces Decision No. 06/2008/QĐ-BTNMT dated September 10, 2008 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the Issuance of Economic and Technical Norms for Geological Works.
Article 3. The Minister, the Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
