LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES TO BE REPORTED ON ACTUAL COSTS AND PLANNED COSTS

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 50/2011/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 24, 2011 AMENDING THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Decree No. GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 25/2011/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 6, 2011 DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION LAW;
At the proposal of the Director of the Telecommunications Administration,
THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES THE CIRCULAR ON THE LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES TO BE REPORTED ON ACTUAL COSTS AND PLANNED COSTS.
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES TO BE REPORTED ON ACTUAL COSTS AND PLANNED COSTS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 13, 2013.
Article 3. HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, HEADS OF MINISTRY’S AGENCIES AND UNITS, DIRECTOR OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AGENCY, CHIEF EXECUTIVES, DIRECTORS OF TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES
and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular/.
