CIRCULAR

Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying and Creating Maps of Current Landslides in Mountainous Areas of Vietnam at a Scale of 1:50,000 topographic maps of landslides and rockfalls in mountainous regions of Vietnam at a scale of 1/50,000.

Pursuant to the Law on Minerals No. 60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;áPursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/2012/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2012 providing detailed regulations for implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Minerals;

    On the basis of Decree No.Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; 15/2012/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2012 issued by the Government stipulatingAt the proposal of the Director General of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resource Administration and Heads of relevant Departments. The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying and Creating Maps of Current Landslides in Mountainous Areas of Vietnam at a Scale of 1:50,000.Article 1.  This Circular hereby promulgates the Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying and Creating Maps of Current Landslides in Mountainous Areas of Vietnam at a Scale of 1:50,000 attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 3, 2016. Article 3. 

The Minister, Heads of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, Director General of Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resource Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular. This Circular hereby promulgates the economic and technical norms for survey work and creation of topographic maps of landslides and rockfalls in mountainous regions of Vietnam at a scale of 1/50,000.Article 2. 

This Circular takes effect from August 3, 2016.Article 3. 

The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government, Directors General of Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report them to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
