Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT FOR AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERY PRODUCTS,
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON WHOLESALE MARKETS AND AUCTION MARKETS FOR AGRICULTURAL, FOREST, AND FISHERY PRODUCTS - REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD SAFETY.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 02-30:2018/BNNPTNT, THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON WHOLESALE MARKETS AND AUCTION MARKETS FOR AGRICULTURAL, FOREST, AND FISHERY PRODUCTS - REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD SAFETY.
Article 2. EFFECTIVE DATE
1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 1, 2019.
2. THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES CIRCULAR NO. 24/2014/TT-BNNPTNT DATED AUGUST 19, 2014 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON CONDITIONS FOR ENSURING FOOD SAFETY IN WHOLESALE MARKETS AND AUCTION MARKETS FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT FOR AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERY PRODUCTS, THE HEADS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
