CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Metro Construction Projects
___________
WHEREAS, Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment,
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular to issue the National Technical Regulations on "Metro Construction Projects", code number QCVN 08:2018/BXD.
Article 1. Accompanying this Circular is the National Technical Regulation on "Metro Construction Projects", code number QCVN 08:2018/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 15, 2019, and replaces the provisions in the National Technical Regulation on "Urban Underground Construction Projects, code number QCVN 08:2009/BXD, Part 1. Metro" issued together with Circular No. 28/2009/TT-BXD dated August 14, 2009, of the Minister of Construction.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
