CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing some provisions of Part 10 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations

CIVIL AVIATION FIELD OF AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

of the Government;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to amend and supplement some provisions of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in the field of aircraft and aircraft operation.

Article 1. Amend and supplement certain provisions of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in the field of aircraft and aircraft operation (hereinafter referred to as the CASSR) as follows:

1. Amend and supplement certain provisions of Part 5 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in Appendix I attached hereto.

2. Amend and supplement certain provisions of Part 7 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in Appendix II attached hereto.

3. Amend and supplement some provisions of Part 10 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations at Appendix III issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular shall take effect from June 29, 2022.

2. Administrative procedures and documents submitted to the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority before the effective date of this Circular shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 01/2011/TT-BGTVT dated January 27, 2011, issued by the Minister of Transport on the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in the field of aircraft and aircraft operation (amended and supplemented by Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BGTVT dated March 31, 2016; Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BGTVT dated June 30, 2017; Circular No. 56/2018/TT-BGTVT dated December 11, 2018; Circular No. 42/2020/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2020).

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Directors of the Departments, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
