ORDER OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the promulgation of the Law
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;
WHEREAS EDUCATION and Article 78 of the Law on Organization Countries (Decision No. 55/2016/QĐ-TTg dated December 26, 2016 of the Prime Minister)
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
NOW PROMULGATES:
1. The Law on Prevention and Combating Drug Trafficking and Consumption;
2. The Insurance Business Law;
Have been adopted at the 8th session of the 10th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on December 9, 2000./.
