Abolishing certain legislative texts of the Government
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice,
The Government issues the Decree abolishing certain legislative acts of the Government.
Article 1. Abolish the entire content of certain legislative acts of the Government
Abolish the following Decrees entirely:
1. Decree No. 63/CP dated October 24, 1996 of the Government detailing industrial property ownership.
2. Decree No. 06/2001/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2001 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 63/CP dated October 24, 1996 of the Government detailing industrial property ownership.
3. Decree No. 54/2000/NĐ-CP dated October 3, 2000 of the Government on protecting industrial property rights for business secrets, geographical indications, trade names, and preventing unfair competition related to industrial property.
4. Decree No. 60/2000/NĐ-CP dated October 30, 2000 of the Government on implementing suspended imprisonment sentences.
5. Decree No. 61/2000/NĐ-CP dated October 30, 2000 of the Government on implementing probationary suspended prison sentences.
6. Decree No. 72/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 5, 2000 of the Government on announcing and disseminating works abroad.
7. Decree No. 52/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 23, 2001 of the Government guiding the implementation of educational measures at community correction centers.
8. Decree No. 53/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 23, 2001 of the Government guiding the implementation of residence prohibition and surveillance penalties.
9. Decree No. 54/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 23, 2001 of the Government guiding the implementation of deportation penalties.
10. Decree No. 42/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government on protecting industrial property rights for semiconductor integrated circuit layout designs.
11. Decree No. 140/2006/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2006 of the Government on environmental protection during the stages of planning, reviewing, approving, and implementing development strategies, plans, programs, and projects.
12. Decree No. 10/2012/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2012 of the Government detailing the implementation of educational measures at commune, ward, and town levels for juvenile offenders.
13. Decree No. 92/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 13, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions effective from July 1, 2013 of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Corporate Income Tax and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Value Added Tax.
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Decree takes effect from December 15, 2021.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
