THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Instruments dated November 12, 1996, the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enactment of Legal Instruments dated December 16, 2002, and other detailed implementing legal instruments;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry and the Head of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6Announces the List of legal instruments issued by the Ministry of Commerce from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2004 that have lost their effective force, including 37 instruments attached hereto.
