REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE MODEL REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PROVINCIAL FOREST PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 05/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2008 of the Government on Forest Protection and Development Funds;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Director of the Forestry Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Model Regulations on the organization and operations of Provincial Forest Protection and Development Funds are hereby adopted pursuant to Decree No. 05/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2008 of the Government.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Forestry Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial Forest Protection and Development Funds, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
