Issuing the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Based on the Statistics Law dated June 17, 2003;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 40/2004/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2004 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Statistics;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment.

DECISION:

Article 1. The General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, and government agencies (referred to as the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors) is attached hereto.

Article 2. The Minister of Planning and Investment shall be responsible for guiding, urging, inspecting, and auditing the implementation of the reporting system and reporting to the Prime Minister on the enforcement of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of agencies at the ministerial level, and Heads of government agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
