Issuing the Model Tender Document for Procurement of Goods

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005, adopted by the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Article 67 and Clause 3 of Article 76 of the Decree No. 58/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2008, issued by the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 61/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003, issued by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Bidding Management,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Model Tender Document for Procurement of Goods is hereby attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 521/2007/QĐ-BKH dated May 22, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, issuing the Model Tender Document for Procurement of Goods.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, people's committees at all levels, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
