THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 125/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned corporations and enterprises under the Ministry of Industry for the period 2003-2005;
Pursuant to Decisions No. 17/2003/QĐ-BCN to No. 25/2003/QĐ-BCN dated March 5, 2003 of the Minister of Industry regarding the transfer of independent accounting units of Vietnam Plastic Corporation directly under the Ministry of Industry, and Decision No. 72/2003/QĐ-BCN dated May 6, 2003 of the Minister of Industry regarding the establishment of Vietnam Plastic Company;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Plastic Corporation at Document No. 229/BC-NVN-VP dated June 24, 2003 and the Handover Minutes dated June 24, 2003 between Vietnam Plastic Corporation and Vietnam Plastic Company;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Terminate the operations of Vietnam Plastic Corporation.
Article 2. The Board of Directors of Vietnam Plastic Corporation shall be responsible for returning the seal of the Corporation in accordance with Government Decree No. 58/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 24, 2001, and implementing procedures to terminate the operations of the Corporation in accordance with the law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Board of Directors, and the General Director of Vietnam Plastic Corporation are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
