Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Article 1. Amending certain pesticides in the List of Pesticides Permitted for Use issued together with Decision No. 49/2008/QĐ-BNN dated March 27, 2008, and adding one pesticide to the List of Pesticides Permitted for Use issued together with Decision No. 93/2008/QĐ-BNN dated September 18, 2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (attached list).
Article 2. The export and import of pesticides issued together with this decision shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Export and Import of Goods issued together with Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
