THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
- Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
- Pursuant to Decision No. 99/1998/QĐ-TTg dated May 26, 1998 of the Prime Minister on price and tariff management for postal and telecommunications services; - Pursuant to Circular No. 03/1999/TT-TCBĐ dated May 11, 1999 of the General Post Office guiding the implementation of Decree No. 109/1997/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 1997 of the Government on postal and telecommunications services and Decision No. 99/1998/QĐ-TTg dated May 26, 1998 of the Prime Minister on price and tariff management for postal and telecommunications services;
- Considering the proposal of Saigon Post and Telecommunications Joint Stock Company at Document No. 610/CV-SPT dated June 4, 2003 regarding the tariff table for CDMA mobile phone services of SPT; - Following the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department,
The tariff for postpaid mobile phone services CDMA package STANDARD is hereby issued together with this decision.
This decision shall take effect from July 1, 2003.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the General Directors, the Directors of telecommunications service providing enterprises, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this decision./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from July 1, 2003.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of units under the Posts and Telecommunications Ministry, the General Directors, the Directors of telecommunications service enterprises, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
