On issuing the plan for drafting regulatory legal documents within the Minister's authority to promulgate in 2003
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/ dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry,
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents; Upon consideration of the proposal of the Director of the Ministry’s Office,
The Minister hereby promulgates this Decision with the attached Plan for Drafting Regulatory Legal Documents of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2003. dated October 20, 2015 of In accordance with the issued Plan, units under the Ministry shall implement the drafting of regulatory legal documents of the Ministry to be promulgated within their authority in accordance with the plan regarding quantity, time, and prepare budget estimates for drafting such documents to be submitted to the Ministry for approval (in accordance with Decision No. 69/2000/QĐ-TTg dated June 19, 2000 of the Prime Minister, Circular No. 15/2001/TT-BTC dated March 21, 2001 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 36/2001/TT-BNN-TCKT dated April 4, 2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development).
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its date of signature.

Article 1. The Directors of the Ministry’s Office, Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
