PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Thrift and Combating Wastefulness dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Anti-Corruption Law dated November 29, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Anti-Corruption Law dated August 4, 2007;
Pursuant to the Law on State Asset Management and Utilization dated June 3, 2008.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulations on the public disclosure of state asset management and utilization in state agencies, public service units, and organizations entrusted with the management and utilization of state assets are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies; other central agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
