DECREE
DECREE NO. 115-CP OF SEPTEMBER 5, 1994 ON THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF FOREIGN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS IN THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training;
DECREE:
Article 1. Hereby promulgates the attached Regulations on the operations of foreign vocational schools in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of signature. The Minister of Education and Training shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of the attached Regulations.
Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of governmental agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
