DECREE-LAW
NO. 115/SL OF SEPTEMBER 9, 1952
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 138-B/SL dated December 18, 1949 establishing the Government Inspectorate Board;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 41-SL dated July 13, 1951 appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Tran as Deputy Chief Inspector in the Government Inspectorate Board;
At the proposal of the Prime Minister;
In accordance with a resolution of the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1- Mr. Nguyen Van Tran, Deputy Chief Inspector, is hereby appointed as Chief Inspector in the Government Inspectorate Board to replace Mr. Ho Tung Mau who has passed away.
Article 2- The Prime Minister shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
