MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73-CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government "Regulations on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality";
Pursuant to Decision No. 135/QĐ-BNN-KHCN of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on October 1, 1999 on the issuance of regulations on the establishment, review, and promulgation of industry standards;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Plant Protection Department,

Article 1. The following industry standards are hereby promulgated:
1. 10 TCN 442 - 2001 Safe cabbage production process.
2. 10 TCN 443 - 2001 Safe climbing snap pea production process.
3. 10 TCN 444 - 2001 Safe tomato production process.
4. 10 TCN 448 - 2001 Safe cucumber production process.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Department and the Plant Protection Department, Directors of the Vegetable Research Institute, and the Food Crop Research Institute, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
