THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government "Regulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality";
Pursuant to Decision No. 135/QĐ-BNN-KHCN of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on October 1, 1999 regarding the regulation on the establishment, review, and issuance of industry standards;

Article 1. Now hereby issues the following industry standards:
10 TCN 579-2003. Field testing regulations for the efficacy of disease control against citrus gum flow disease using fungicides;
10 TCN 580-2003. Field testing regulations for the efficacy of pest control against pod-boring pests in legume crops using insecticides;
10 TCN 581-2003. Field testing regulations for the efficacy of pest control against fruit-boring pests in longan and lychee using insecticides.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Department, Directors of the Plant Protection Department, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
