ISSUING THE LIST OF GOODS FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT THAT MUST BE STATE QUALITY INSPECTED IN 2000
LIST OF GOODS FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT THAT MUST BE STATE QUALITY INSPECTED IN 2000
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
BASED ON THE QUALITY OF GOODS ORDINANCE ON DECEMBER 27, 1990;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management over product quality;
At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,

Article 1: ISSUE THE "LIST OF GOODS FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT THAT MUST BE STATE QUALITY INSPECTED IN 2000".
Article 2: ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE EXPORT AND IMPORT OF GOODS LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 AND THE STATE QUALITY CONTROL AUTHORITIES FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT GOODS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
Article 3: THE STANDARDIZATION, MEASUREMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER RELATED GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES SHALL ORGANIZE, GUIDE AND MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
Article 4: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE./.
