CIRCULAR

Issuing technical safety inspection procedures for oil heating boilers used within the Ministry of National Defense (QTKĐ 01:2016/BQP)in the Field of Teachers and Educational Institution Managers

Based on Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementation measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Legal Documents 2015;

Based on Decree No. 44/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Safety Law regarding technical safety inspection activities, labor safety training, and occupational health monitoring;Deputy ministers of ministerial-level agencies, Based on Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

General Department of Technical Services, The Minister of National Defense issues technical safety inspection procedures for machinery and equipment with strict requirements for labor safety within the Ministry of National Defense. T, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CPArticle 1.Attached to this Circular are the technical safety inspection procedures for oil heating boilers used within the Ministry of National Defense.

The Director of the General Department of Technical Services, heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./. The accompanying Circular sets forth the technical safety inspection procedures for oil heating boilers used within the Ministry of National Defense.

   Article 2. Effective Date

   This Circular takes effect from October 15, 2016.

   Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

   The Director of the General Department of Technical Services, heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
