DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the supplementation of members to the National Steering Committee for Universal Secondary Education
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Based on the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Based on Resolution No. 41/2000/QH10 on the implementation of universal secondary education;
Based on Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in the report No. 6297/TCCB dated June 26, 2001,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing the members of the National Steering Committee for Universal Secondary Education as representatives of the following agencies
1. The Personnel and Organizational Department of the Government;
2. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee.
Article 2. The Chairman of the National Steering Committee for Universal Secondary Education shall coordinate with the agencies specified in Article 1 to determine specifically the list of additional members to the Steering Committee.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
