Regarding the approval of adjustments to the restructuring plan and corporate renewal for state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Trade
to reform state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries of state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province.

Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the restructuring and reform plan for some state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province in 2005 as follows:
1. Convert into a Limited Liability Company with One Member: Binh Thuan Water Supply and Drainage Company.
2. Sharehold, with the State holding a low percentage of shares or no shares at all: Binh Thuan Printing and Packaging Company.
3. Implement restructuring according to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on restructuring, reforming, and developing state-owned forestry enterprises: Binh Thuan Forestry Company.
4. Transfer, sell, or lease for business operation if shareholding is not feasible: Binh Thuan Sea Transport Company.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring and reform of state-owned enterprises according to Decision No. 222/QĐ-TTg dated February 25, 2003 of the Prime Minister and this Decision.
2. Decide on the shareholding or sale of parts of the enterprise (including the inclusion of land use value in the enterprise's value) in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
