ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED IN THE FIELD OF AQUACULTURE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF HUE
Pursuant to the Law on Local Administration Organization dated June 16, 2025;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control; Decree No. 48/2013/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2013 and Decree No. 92/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 7, 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of related decrees concerning administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures under the one-stop-shop mechanism at the One-Stop Service Center and National Public Service Portal; Decree No. 367/2025/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2025 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 118/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures under the one-stop-shop mechanism at the One-Stop Service Center and National Public Service Portal;
Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017 of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office guiding business operations on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 03/2025/TT-VPCP dated September 15, 2025 of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office guiding the implementation of certain contents of Decree No. 118/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures under the one-stop-shop mechanism at the One-Stop Service Center and National Public Service Portal;
Pursuant to Decision No. 31/QĐ-BNNMT dated January 7, 2026 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on announcing administrative procedures amended and supplemented in the field of aquaculture within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development at Report No. 181/TTr-SNNMT dated January 10, 2026.
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce along with this Decision the list of two administrative procedures (APs) amended and supplemented in the field of Aquaculture, within the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. (Attached AP List).
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 1 of this Decision, assign responsibilities to agencies and units to perform the following tasks:
1. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development shall update the national database of APs in accordance with regulations; submit to the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city for approval of internal procedures for handling APs immediately after this Decision is signed and issued, to be completed before January 19, 2026.
2. Post, publicize, and implement the handling of relevant APs according to the guidance provided in this Decision together with the contents already made public by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn) as stipulated. Complete the configuration of relevant APs related to their own tasks on the Administrative Procedure Handling Information System after this Decision takes effect.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Replace the APs previously announced with serial numbers 16, 20, Appendix I issued together with Decision No. 1138/QĐ-UBND dated April 22, 2025 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City regarding the announcement of standardized lists of administrative procedures in the field of Aquaculture within the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and District People's Committees.
Article 4. The Head of the People's Committee Office of the city, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Chairmen of Commune People's Committees; Heads of agencies and units and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
