of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2006 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 30/2006/QĐ-TTg dated February 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Action Program of the Government to implement the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption;
At the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Implementation Plan for the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
