The Ministry of Finance corrects the effective date of Circular No. 104/2003/TT-BTC dated October 30, 2003 guiding the implementation of Decision No. 159/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 4, 2003 of the Prime Minister on piloting the allocation of staff quotas and operating funds for the General Department of Customs in 2003. in 2003 for the General Department of Customs.
Part C, Section 1. Organization of Implementation: "This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2003. All previous guiding documents that conflict with this Circular are hereby abolished."
Now it is amended as follows:
"This Circular takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The contents regarding the pilot allocation of staff quotas and operating funds for the General Department of Customs in 2003 shall be implemented according to Decision No. 159/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 4, 2003 of the Prime Minister and the guidance provided in this Circular. All previous guiding documents that conflict with this Circular are hereby abolished."
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs the relevant agencies for their information and implementation./.
