Regarding the issuance of Examination Regulations for recruitment and promotion examinations for civil servants

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Civil Servant Ordinance dated February 26, 1998 and the Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Civil Servant Ordinance dated April 29, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on Probationary Civil Servants; Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on the recruitment, utilization, and management of officials and civil servants in state-owned units; Decree No. 117/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on the recruitment, utilization, and management of officials and civil servants in state agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Public Official Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Examination Regulations for recruitment and promotion examinations for civil servants are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. The Examination Regulations for recruitment and promotion examinations for civil servants issued together with this Decision replace the Examination Regulations for recruitment and promotion examinations for civil servants issued together with Decision No. 466/1998/QĐ-TCCP-BCTL dated September 5, 1998 of the Minister, Head of the Organizational Personnel Council of the Government (now the Ministry of Home Affairs) and shall take effect fifteen days after being published in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
