MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents issued together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 80/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Environmental Protection Department and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of Waste Materials Permitted for Import as Production Raw Materials is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The importation of waste materials must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 42 and 43 of the Law on Environmental Protection and related legal regulations.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 03/2004/QD-BTNMT dated April 2, 2004 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the issuance of Regulations on Environmental Protection for Imported Waste Materials Used as Production Raw Materials.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
