THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 18, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and legal system organization of Ministries, agencies at the level of ministries, government agencies, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees directly under the central government, and state-owned enterprises;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.

Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Regulation on Drafting, Reviewing, Enacting, Revising and Systematizing Legal Normative Documents".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 1175/QĐ-BBCVT dated December 31, 2003 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications issuing the Regulation on Drafting, Reviewing and Enacting Legal Normative Documents.

Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
