REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
BASED ON RESOLUTION NO. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly's Twelfth Session on the structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the Twelfth Session;
BASED ON THE HERITAGE LAW AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Heritage Law;
CONSIDERING DOCUMENT NO. 2103/TTr-UBND dated September 20, 2007 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province and the heritage site dossier;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. NATIONAL HERITAGE SITE RATING:
ARCHAEOLOGICAL HERITAGE
XOM REN
GIA THANH COMMUNE, PHU NINH DISTRICT, PHU THO PROVINCE
The protected area of the heritage site is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites rated under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management of the heritage sites within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Agency, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Phu Tho Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
