MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Civil Servant Ordinance 2003;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 on recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants in state-run units;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Home Affairs (as per Circular No. 3822/BNV-CCVC dated December 31, 2007 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the issuance of vocational standards for ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector);
At the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Physical Culture and Sports, the Head of the Legal Department, and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby promulgates the vocational standards for ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector (attached with the vocational standards), including:
1. Senior Coach - Rank Code 18.179
2. Principal Coach - Rank Code 18.180
3. Coach - Rank Code 18.181
4. Instructor - Rank Code 18.182
Article 2. The vocational standards for ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector shall serve as the basis for implementing recruitment, utilization, and management of the civil servant workforce in the Physical Culture and Sports sector.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. This Decision replaces Decision No. 408/TCCP-VC dated May 29, 1993 of the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Department of the Government (now the Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs) on the issuance of vocational standards for ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector.
Article 5. The Minister, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
