Issuing the Training Program for Pedagogical Professional Skills for Lecturers in Higher Education Institutions

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009; and the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; the Government Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Government Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006; and the Government Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 amending Point b, Clause 13, Article 1 of the Government Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011;
Pursuant to the results of the Appraisal Council's appraisal of the Training Program for Pedagogical Professional Skills for Lecturers in Higher Education Institutions established by Decision No. 388/QĐ-BGDĐT dated January 29, 2013 of the Minister of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Training Program for Pedagogical Professional Skills for Lecturers in Higher Education Institutions.
Article 1. This Circular annexes the Training Program for Pedagogical Professional Skills for Lecturers in Higher Education Institutions.
Article 2. This Circular replaces Decision No. 61/QĐ-BGDĐT dated October 16, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Training Program for Pedagogical Professional Skills for University and College Lecturers; This Circular takes effect from June 16, 2013.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Teachers and School Management Staff, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the heads of educational institutions assigned the task of training pedagogical professional skills are responsible for implementing this Circular.
