Article 1. PERMITS THE EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF IMPLEMENTATION OF DECISION NO. 30/2012/QD-TTg DATED JULY 18, 2012 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON CRITERIA FOR IDENTIFYING REMOTE AND DIFFICULT VILLAGES AND COMMUNES IN ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS REGIONS FOR THE 2012-2015 PERIOD AND DECISION NO. 1049/QD-TTG DATED JUNE 26, 2014 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE LIST OF ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS IN REMOTE AND DIFFICULT AREAS UNTIL NEW GUIDELINES OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THESE MATTERS TAKE EFFECT.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 28, 2016.
THE CRITERIA FOR IDENTIFYING REMOTE AND DIFFICULT VILLAGES AND COMMUNES IN ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS REGIONS AS SET OUT IN DECISION NO. 30/2012/QD-TTG AND THE LIST OF ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS IN REMOTE AND DIFFICULT AREAS ACCORDING TO DECISION NO. 1049/QD-TTG DATED JUNE 26, 2014 SHALL BE CONTINUED TO BE APPLIED FROM JANUARY 1, 2016.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
