Circular No. 12/2016/TT-BYT promulgates the List of chemicals and insecticides, bactericides for household and medical use according to HS codes in the Export Tax and Import Tax Tariff under the specialized management of the Ministry of Health.

CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF CHEMICALS AND PESTICIDES USED IN DOMESTIC USE AND HEALTHCARE ACCORDING TO HS CODES IN THE EXPORT DUTY AND IMPORT DUTY TAX SCHEDULE UNDER THE SPECIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Chemicals Law No. 06/2007/QH12 dated November 21, 2007;Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing and transshipment of goods with foreign countries; Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Health Environment Management – Ministry of Health;The Minister of Health issues this Circular to promulgate the List of chemicals and pesticides used in domestic use and healthcare according to HS codes in the Export Duty and Import Duty Tax Schedule under the special management of the Ministry of Health.

Article 1.To attach herewith is the List of chemicals, pest control products, and disinfectants used for household and health purposes according to HS codes in the Export Duty and Import Duty Tax Schedule under the specialized management of the Ministry of Health.

Article 2.

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2016.During implementation, any difficulties should be reported to the Ministry of Health (Department of Health Environment Management) for study and resolution./.DIRECTED BY THE MINISTERDEPUTY MINISTER (Signed)

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2016.
