CIRCULAR
ANNULMENT OF CERTAIN LEGAL REGULATIVE DOCUMENTS IN THE HEALTH SECTOR ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND JOINTLY ISSUED
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Health issues this Circular to annul certain legal regulatory documents in the health sector issued by the Minister of Health and jointly issued.
Article 1. Repeal of legal regulatory acts
Annul all 67 legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Health and jointly issued listed in the Appendix attached to this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2019.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
The Heads of the Legal Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and General Directors of General Departments under the Ministry of Health, and other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
