CIRCULAR
Repealing certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Health
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some articles and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents; and Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some articles and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Health issues this Circular to abolish certain legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Health.
Article 1. Abolish certain legal normative documents issued by the Minister of Health
Abolish entirely eight legal normative documents and abolish partially one legal normative document issued by the Minister of Health as listed in the Appendix attached hereto.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from November 1, 2021.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Head of the Legal Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and Directors of General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
