Repeals certain Articles and Clauses of Circulars issued by the Minister of Justiceguiding certain aspects of management of civil servants, officials,employees under the civil enforcement organization system

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;

On the basis of Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

PURSUANTPursuant to the Civil Enforcement Law November 14 Year 2008;

On the basis of Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Civil Enforcement Law on November 25, 2014;

On the basis of Decree No. 62/2015/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Civil Enforcement Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 33/2020/NĐ-CP dated November 17 the 3 year 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 62/2015/NĐ-CPdated July 18, 2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions ofCivil Execution Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 138/2020/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2020 of the Government on recruitment, use, and management of civil servants;

On the basis of Decree No. 116/2024/NĐ-CP dated November the 9 year 2024 of the Government stipulating and guiding the implementation of content number 09 under component number 02 and content number 02 under component number 08 of the National Target Program on New Rural Development for the period 2021-2025. certain provisions of Decree No.138/2020/NĐ-CPdated November 27, 2020 on recruitment, use, and management of civil servants and Decree No. 06/2023/NĐ-CP dated February 21, 2023 on quality control for civil servant recruitment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2024/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2024 of the Government providing standards, positions civil servants leadership, management in administrative agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2022/NĐ-CP dated 29 the 11 2022 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

At the proposal of the Director of the Civil Enforcement General Department;

The Minister of Justice issues CircularRepealing one number of Articles and Clauses of Circulars issued by the Minister of Justice guiding certain aspects of management of civil servants, officials, employees under the civil enforcement organization system.a Article 1. Repeal part of the regulatory legal documents

1. Repeal certain Articles, Clauses, Points of Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BTP dated March 23, 2017 of the Minister of Justice guiding certain aspects of management of civil servants, officials, employees under the civil enforcement organization system as follows:

a) Clause 1 Article 1; Clause 1, Point a, b, Clause 2 Article 5; Clause 1, Point a, b, c, Clause 2 Article 7;

b) Articles: 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 83 and Article 84.

2. Repeal Clause 1, 2, 3, 23 Article 1 of Circular No. 18/2018/TT-BTP dated December 28, 2018 of the Minister of Justice amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BTP dated March 23, 2017.

2. Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Heads of local civil enforcement agencies, Directors of the Civil Enforcement Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense within their respective duties and authorities shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular takes effect from the date of signature.
