THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
- Based on Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government "Regulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality";
- Based on Decision No. 135/QĐ/BNN-KHCN of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on October 1, 1999 regarding the issuance of regulations on the establishment, examination, and promulgation of industry standards;
- Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Standardization;

Article 1. Now hereby promulgate the following standards for fruit trees:
- 10TCN 480-2001 Technical procedures for planting, caring for, and harvesting longan trees in southern provinces. - 10TCN 481-2001 Technical procedures for planting, caring for, and harvesting citrus trees in southern provinces - 10TCN 487-2001 Technical procedures for planting, caring for, and harvesting mango trees in southern provinces.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Science, Technology, and Agricultural Product Processing, Institute Directors of Southern Fruit Trees, and Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
