REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;

THE GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. - Approves the number of 45 (forty-five) provincial People's Council representatives, 17 (seventeen) constituencies, and the number of representatives elected from each constituency for the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree.
