Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on February 15, 1993.
Pursuant to the Plant Protection Product Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 92/CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance.
Considering the proposals of the Deputy Director of the Plant Protection Bureau, the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department.

Article 1. To formally register seven types of plant protection products in the list of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam (attached list), including five insecticides, one herbicide, and one rodenticide.
Article 2. To supplementally register thirty-five types of plant protection products in the list of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam (attached list), including eighteen insecticides, eleven fungicides, four herbicides, and two plant growth regulators.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Plant Protection Department shall be responsible for providing detailed guidance on safe and effective use of the aforementioned plant protection products.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Plant Protection Bureau, the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, the heads of units under the Ministry, and domestic and foreign organizations and individuals managing the production, business, trade, and use of plant protection products in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
