THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government "Regulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality";
Pursuant to Decision No. 135/QĐ/BNN-KHCN of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on October 1, 1999 regarding the Regulation on the establishment, review, and issuance of industry standards;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Agricultural Product Processing;
DECISION:
Article 1. Now promulgates the following Mulberry Tree Standards:
- 10TCN 488-2001 Method for inspecting the quality of mulberry leaves. - 10TCN 489-2001 Technical procedures for planting, caring for, and harvesting F1 hybrid mulberry trees grown from seeds.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Science, Technology, and Agricultural Product Processing, Institute Directors of Southern Fruit Trees, and Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
