CIRCULAR

Abolishing certain legal normative documents on military and national defence

issued by the Minister of National Defence, jointly issued

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Normative Documents promulgation dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and implementing measures under the Law on Legal Normative Documents promulgation;

Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defence;

At the proposal of the Director of Legal Department;

The Minister of National Defence issues this Circular abolishing certain legal normative documents on military and national defence issued by the Minister of National Defence, jointly issued.

Article 1. Abolish in full 127 legal normative documents on military and national defence issued by the Minister of National Defence, jointly issued as listed in Appendix I attached hereto.

Article 2. Abolish part of two legal normative documents on military and national defence issued by the Minister of National Defence as listed in Appendix II attached hereto.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from November 22, 2020.

Article 4. The Director of Legal Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defence; relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
