THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Ministry's Office.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Plan for Drafting Regulatory Legal Documents of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2002".
Article 2. In accordance with the issued Plan, units under the Ministry shall implement the drafting of regulatory legal documents of the Ministry to be issued within their authority according to the plan regarding quantity, time, and prepare budget estimates for document drafting to be submitted to the Ministry for approval (in accordance with Decision No. 69/2000/QĐ-TTg dated June 19, 2000 of the Prime Minister, Circular No. 15/2001/TT-BTC dated March 21, 2001 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 36/TT-BNN-TCKT dated April 4, 2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development).
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Director of the Ministry's Office and heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
