THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 05/2006/QĐ-BTS dated February 6, 2006 of the Minister of Fisheries (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) promulgating the Fisheries Inspector Regulation;
Pursuant to Decision No. 96/2007/QĐ-BNN dated November 28, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the Fisheries Vessel Inspection Regulation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Resource Exploitation and Protection Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached "Regulations on the model of seals and the regime for using technical and professional seals in the work of Fisheries Vessel Inspection" are hereby issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Fisheries Resource Exploitation and Protection Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and the Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
