THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Complaints and Denunciations No. 09/1998/QH10 dated December 2, 1998 and the Laws Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Denunciations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Complaints and Denunciations and the Laws Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Denunciations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance,

DECISION:

Article 1: This Decision promulgates the Procedures for receiving citizens, accepting and handling complaints and denunciations from citizens at units under the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3: The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, and the Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
