BASED ON DECREE NO. 34/2016/NĐ-CP OF MAY 14, 2016 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION MEASURES FOR THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS 2015;
