Regarding the issuance of toll rates for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;

Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;

Pursuant to the proposal of the People's Committee of Da Nang City in Circular No. 2082/UB-VP dated September 22, 1999 regarding the request to reduce the toll rate for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge.

After consultation with the Ministry of Transport and in accordance with the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department;

DECISION:

Article 1: Attached to this Decision is the Table of Toll Rates for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B applicable to the subjects of collection and payment as stipulated in Circulars No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998, No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998, and No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State.

Article 2: The toll collection agency for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge shall implement registration, declaration, collection, and payment of the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge usage fee to the local tax authority in accordance with Circular No. 54/1999/BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature, replacing Decision No. 10/1999/QD-BTC dated January 25, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance on the issuance of toll rates for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B.

Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of the fee, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B tolls, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision..
